At CeliacDx, we are committed to providing high-quality genetic testing services. Due to the nature of our product—once a test kit has been used and the sample has been collected—refunds are not available. All sales are final.

Exceptions
If you received a damaged or incorrect test kit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost.
