Order Your Celiac Genetics Test

If you are looking for a pathology consultation service to interpret your celiac test results, CeliacDx can help! Just request a CeliacDx Genetics kit, fill out our questionnaire, and send your cheek cell sample along with copies of previous celiac test results to the lab. Our CeliacDx pathologists will do the rest!

You will receive a consultation report with your celiac disease subtype or recommended next steps if more information is needed. Knowing your celiac disease subtype can help guide decisions about your treatment and need for further testing such as family genetic risk screening.

How It Works For Our Clients

CeliacDx requires a doctor's signature. You can have your own doctor order CeliacDx using this REQUISITION FORM, or you can work online with a CeliacDX doctor.

Step 1

Register

Complete the intake form with symptoms screening questionnaire. Select your form of payment (credit card, FSA/HSA, or insurance bill) and shipping address.

Step 2

Upload

Upload copies of previous celiac testing to our secure site. A healthcare professional will review your information and order your CeliacDx Genetics kit to be shipped to your home..

Step 3

Collect

Collect your cheek cell sample in the comfort of your own home using the CeliacDx collection kit.

Step 4

Ship

Send your sample to the lab using the CeliacDx kit and pre-paid mailing label.

Step 5

Receive Your Results

Your CeliacDx Genetic results and Consultation Report will be emailed directly to you.

Sample Celiac Pathology Consult

The CeliacDx pathology consultation incorporates results from all three diagnostic tests: antibodies, biopsy, genetics into a single POSITVE or NEGATIVE diagnosis for celiac disease. If all three tests have already been performed but the celiac disease diagnosis is still unresolved, just enclose the test reports in the kit instead of samples.
